The following principles summarise the most important obligations and protections that apply to every khela account holder.
You Must Be 18+
Access to khela is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and above. Age verification is conducted during registration and may be repeated at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one khela account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved.
Fair Play Obligation
All players are required to engage with khela games and betting markets honestly and in good faith. The use of automated bots, exploit strategies, arbitrage schemes, or any form of collusion to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Own Funds Only
Players must only deposit and wager funds that belong to them and that they can afford to lose. khela does not accept deposits from third parties on a player's behalf. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. khela will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your account — including wagers placed — is your sole responsibility until you formally notify khela of unauthorised access.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the khela website, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the Player) and khela (the Platform). You also confirm that you have read and accepted the khela Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
If you are accessing khela on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. These terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and khela, whether written or verbal.
khela reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2. Eligibility
To open and maintain a khela account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using any part of the khela platform, including free-to-play modes.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or employee of any third party.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying the legality of your participation.
- You do not hold any current self-exclusion agreement with khela or any other gambling operator that would prevent you from placing bets.

khela reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified deadline will result in account suspension.
3. Account Registration & Verification
Each individual may register only one account on the khela platform. Duplicate accounts are identified through device fingerprinting, payment method matching, IP address analysis, and identity document cross-referencing. Where duplicate accounts are detected, khela will close all accounts involved, void all pending and settled bets on those accounts, and may withhold any balance pending investigation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.
Account verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) may be triggered at any time and will be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted verification documents include:
- Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within three months.
- Payment method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits.
khela commits to processing KYC submissions within five business days. You will be notified by email whether your verification has been approved or if additional documentation is required. During a pending KYC review, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
4. Deposits
khela accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20, USDT ERC-20, Bitcoin). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. As a general reference, the minimum deposit via mobile financial services (MFS) is ৳500.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. khela is not responsible for funds lost in transit due to incorrect payment details entered by the player. Once a deposit is credited to your khela wallet, it is non-refundable except in circumstances of platform error or fraudulent activity confirmed by khela's security team.
khela does not charge fees on deposits processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Fees applied by your bank or mobile financial services provider are outside khela's control and are borne by you. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times, which are outside khela's control. khela will credit cryptocurrency deposits to your account once the minimum number of network confirmations has been reached.
khela reserves the right to reject, reverse, or hold any deposit it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account and that is registered in the account holder's own name. khela does not process withdrawals to payment methods belonging to third parties.
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on the account. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts with an open responsible gaming self-exclusion request, an active fraud or security investigation, or an unresolved bonus wagering requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount via MFS (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) is ৳500. khela targets processing all approved withdrawal requests within five minutes for MFS channels during normal operating conditions, though peak periods or technical issues may extend this timeline.
Players are reminded that any bonus funds received must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. khela reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion. This may involve requesting additional documentation and may extend processing times. khela will communicate the reason for any extended review to the account holder by email.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on khela are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market and game type. Where these general Terms & Conditions conflict with the rules of a specific game or market, the specific rules shall prevail for that bet or game only.
The following general betting rules apply across all khela sports and casino products:
- Bets are only valid once they have been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued to the player. Bets that fail to receive a confirmation due to connectivity issues, browser errors, or platform technical faults are void and any staked funds will be returned to the player's account.
- khela reserves the right to limit, void, or cancel any bet that has been placed as a result of a palpable error, including but not limited to: incorrect odds due to a data feed error, incorrect market parameters, or technical malfunction during a live event.
- In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time, including during active play, to accommodate score updates, injury stoppages, or technical issues. khela is not liable for any missed betting opportunities arising from market suspension.
- For cricket markets, all BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable for rain-affected matches. Specific market settlement rules for each cricket competition are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
- Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random-number generation systems operated by khela's game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). Game provider decisions on technical issues affecting live casino rounds are final.
- Maximum bet limits apply per market and per account. khela reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits on individual accounts without prior notice, particularly where betting patterns are identified as inconsistent with recreational play.
All bet settlement decisions made by khela are final unless a clear and demonstrable error is identified. Disputes must be raised with the support team within 14 days of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
7. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal).
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are specified in individual promotion terms. As a general guideline, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets may contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.80 or higher.
- Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's promotional balance. Promotional balance funds are used only after real-money funds have been exhausted in a betting session, unless the platform specifies otherwise for a particular product.
- khela reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice if evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation is detected. In such cases, khela may void any bets funded by the bonus and reclaim the bonus amount from the account balance.
- Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. khela reserves the right to exclude any account from future promotions at its sole discretion, particularly accounts identified as using strategies designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine recreational play.
8. Responsible Gaming

These tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and full self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission. Once a self-exclusion period begins, the account will be locked and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be processed during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen period. 9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the khela platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the khela platform, including its games, odds-setting systems, payment infrastructure, or customer database.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward khela staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel provided by the platform.
- Providing fraudulent or falsified documentation during KYC verification or in connection with any dispute, chargeback, or complaint.
- Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the platform's games or betting markets, including but not limited to: wagering on odds that are clearly erroneous, exploiting incorrectly configured bonus mechanics, or placing bets after an event's outcome is already known due to a data feed delay.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the khela platform — including but not limited to the khela brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of khela or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the khela platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works based on any khela content; use khela's brand name or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent; or scrape, frame, or mirror any part of the khela website on any other platform.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, khela's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your khela account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
khela is not liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or khela had been advised of the possibility of such loss:
- Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or goodwill.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the khela platform, including odds, statistics, or match previews.
- Any loss arising from platform downtime, technical malfunction, internet connectivity failure, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications disruptions.
- Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit khela's liability for death or personal injury caused by khela's own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Termination & Account Closure
You may close your khela account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided all KYC documentation is in order.
khela reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if khela determines, in its sole discretion, that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account has been used to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
- Continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or regulatory risk to khela.
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion or player-protection order that prevents them from gambling.
In the event of account closure due to a verified breach of these terms, khela reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, without compensation. khela will provide written notification of closure and the reason where required by applicable law.
13. Amendments to These Terms
khela reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, khela will notify registered account holders via email to the address on file, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the revised terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address an urgent security or fraud risk.
The date on which these terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically and to ensure that you continue to agree with them. Your continued use of the khela platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a revision, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the revised terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which khela is incorporated. By using the khela platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh.
